These Terms and Conditions govern your use of H2BTracker (h2btracker.com), operated by RBM Services, Inc.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using H2BTracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Use of the Platform

H2BTracker is a private workforce management platform for use by authorized employees and contractors of RBM Services, Inc., TruCo Services, and Alpine only.

Authorized Use

  • You may only access the platform with credentials issued by your administrator
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You may only access information relevant to your assigned role and company
  • You must use the platform only for legitimate employment management purposes

Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Share your login credentials with others
  • Attempt to access data beyond your authorized scope
  • Use the platform to store information unrelated to H2B employment management
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Export or share confidential worker data outside of authorized workflows

SMS and WhatsApp Communications

Worker Communications

H2B workers who have provided phone numbers and consented to receive messages will receive work-related notifications including:

  • Visa and passport expiry reminders
  • Work assignment and transfer notifications
  • Compliance deadline reminders
  • Season-related communications

Opt-Out

Workers may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out will not affect employment status or access to work assignments.

Message Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

Data and Confidentiality

All information stored in H2BTracker is confidential. Users must:

  • Treat all worker personal information with appropriate confidentiality
  • Not share login credentials or export data without authorization
  • Report any suspected unauthorized access to their administrator immediately

Immigration Compliance

H2BTracker provides tools to assist with H2B program administration but does not constitute legal advice. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable DOL and USCIS regulations. We recommend consulting a qualified immigration attorney for legal guidance.

Disclaimer of Warranties

H2BTracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any errors in compliance documentation generated by the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RBM Services, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of H2BTracker.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
